  Girl behind the counter was less than helpful & looked as tho we were bothering her. I'm not a frequent Starbucks buyer, so sorry if I'm unfamiliar with your menu of iced items & caffeine free drinks for kids. Any kind of friendly customer service would have been nice. Even a smile.
