  Danielle Giann has supremely excellent personal qualities and expertise that make her the best real estate agent we've worked with over all the years we've been buying and selling properties. She is intelligent, thoughtful, knowledgeable, direct, honest, and kind. She showed us a number of properties and answered (or found the answer quickly) all of our questions. She never pushed a property on us -- she was an informed guide on our journey to a house purchase. Her handling of the write-up of our offer and the negotiations instilled the highest level of confidence in her skills and experience. Her access to high-level professionals for our inspections was amazing. She is obviously well-regarded in the community. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase real estate.
