  I purchased two homes with Rob & Pam Schabatka, and sold one through them as well. I wouldn't go with any other realtor! They have lived in and served the Sedona area for so long, they know everyone, which helps with both buying and selling. Rob is as patient as a saint with showing you as many homes as you want to see without pressuring you. He gets to know you and what kind of home features are best for you, and then expertly guides you toward those types of houses. He's willing to entertain any bids that fit your budget, while serving as an expert negotiator for both buyer and seller. Both Rob and Pam go that extra mile for their clients.

  We highly recommend Rob Schabatka to anyone interested in real estate in Sedona and the surrounding areas. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about the properties, and went out of his way to accommodate us in exploring options when we came in from out of town. He was attentive both to our specifications as well as to ensuring that we got a good deal. Rob’s extensive background in construction was useful in discussing the quality of home construction as well. In addition, he has continued to assist us in settling in long after the home purchase was complete. Finally, he is a very likeable, friendly person. He far surpassed our high expectations.
