  Hello, my name is Aziz Patel and I live and own a business in Sedona, Arizona. A few months ago I was introduced to Robert Earle by a personal friend in Sedona, Arizona. I met Robert and things were going fairly well until I asked him to contact my father who is a retired lawyer and who paid the bill. After several requests I finally addressed it personally. This is where the problem started. 1. Robert aggressively refused to contact my father. 2. Then used foul language and curse words to argue with me as to why he wasn't going to call them. At that moment I could not see the reason behind this, but now it is clear. 3. He then called the police to have me removed from his office when he was the aggressor. This is quite unusual because I was the one who needed counsel to defend myself from an altercation, which I had never been in one before. That being said... I had to let Robert go from my case. Soon after that I got a huge bill saying that I owed him another $1500 on top of the $1500 we just gave him. (Remember we never went to court and the case was still open so why am I getting another bill?) The work he claims I owe him for was notes that he took. I found that odd considering there was barely any time passed since the case began. (Remember I lived in a house of lawyers and know the law fairly well) I decided to call my friend and tell him of my experience and he told me he had a similar experience with Robert ripping him off also. I then approached the atty. across the way if she knew about Robert and she told me that this is what he does. He seems to take advantage of people by later sending them a large bill for made up time and expenses and if they don't pay he sends it to court and has a judgement made against them as most of these people don't know how to handle court cases. He comes across as a good hearted person, but I would never recommend him to anyone. Plain and simple. I suggest to everyone that you just stay away from this guy. I am contacting the Arizona Bar Association to report this matter. Good people beware of Robert Earl and Associates.
